Browntop millet provides a host of nutrients, has a sweet nutty flavor, and is considered to be one of the most digestible and non-allergenic grains available. Brown top Millet is one of the few grains that is alkalizing to the body.

Replace rice with our unpolished millets – Soak in water for four hours or whole night and cook like rice. It can be used as an alternative to rice in any dish.
