In India, it is needless to say how common it is to use lemon pickle in our daily diet. The sourness of lemon when pickled changes into a mild sweetness with rich citric content in it and hence Lemon Pickle is more preferred amidst other pickles for vegetarians. Those who do not have the habit of eating more citrus fruits can compensate with a pinch of lemon pickle in their daily meal to enrich themselves with Vitamin C content.
Ripen limes, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, garlic, fenugreek seeds, Ground nut oil and mustard seeds etc..
