Kodo millet is an annual grain that is grown primarily in India. In-spite of cultivating Kodo millet for 1000’s of years this millet is slowly dying out. It is grown mostly in an organic way and it is a farmer friendly crop which can sustain heavy drought and marginal soils. Kodo millet is very easy to digest, it contains a high amount of lecithin and is excellent for strengthening the nervous system.

Tip:

Replace rice with our unpolished millets – Soak in water for four hours or whole night and cook like rice. It can be used as an alternative to rice in any dish.
