Cold pressed oil method using Wooden Ghani or Mara chekku for extracting Groundnut oil. Wood crushed oil retains the freshness and flavors within it. This pressing yields oil with proteins. This provides an important attribute to the oils like cold-pressed Groundnut or peanut Sesame/Gingelly and Coconut oil.
Cold pressed oil helps in preserving nutritive value within it, thus increasing the Storage quality for a longer term. New age refined oils will be heated to 230°C that will result in loss of most of its nutritional values and destroying Omega-6 Fatty acids.
