Organic Jaggery produced by ECO FRIENDLY organic Farmers Co-op, Society-Terani.

Ingredients:

Sugarcane juice 2.5 liters

Lime 2-3 grams (Rock Mineral) to increase juice PH from 5.5 to 7

Okra Plant extract for clarification of juice 10ml

Ground nut oil 0.5ml

Applicable standard:

NPOP+EC, NOP as per India’s National Programme for Organic Production Standards

Tip:

Jaggery may be “healthier” to replace refined sugar with a sweetener that has more vitamins and minerals, Bottom Line: Jaggery may have a better nutrition profile than refined sugar, but it’s still high in calories and is best consumed in moderation.
