MISI Milk is Pure A2 Desi Gir Cow Milk that is Raw and unprocessed in Glass bottles. Milk is procured from indigenous breed of Indian Gir Cows a different subspecies of cows that produce the healthy A2 milk as opposed the regular species like HF and Jersey cows that produce the harmful A1 milk.
Our cows are the holy Gir cows that have more Ayurvedic therapeutic benefits. Scientists at Junagadh agricultural university (JAU), Gujarat had actually found gold in the urine of Gir cows, food testing laboratory of JAU showed traces of gold ranging from 3mg to 10mg from one litre urine, the precious metal was found in ionic form, which is gold salts soluble in water. As well as 5,100 known compounds. Some 338 of these compounds have been claimed to be of ‘immense’ medicinal value, and in line with the Ayurvedic descriptions.
Desi Cows gives the best milk. As per our traditional methods, calves are first fed. Then cows are cleaned and milked using clean hands. Milking using machines are known to cause pain to the cows and we strictly don’t allow methods that cause harm to the cows.
Thickness and taste both depends on the composition of milk and processing done. Our A2 milk is exactly how nature intended it to be. Light and easy to digest. No processing for the milk, so retains its natural taste.
It’s the kind of milk that our forefathers had and were always healthy.
Adulterants like Starch, Urea, Vegetable Oil, Soap and Detergents are added to Regular A1 milk to increase the foaming of milk and to make it into thick milk.

The name of the pesticide / insecticide / fungicide is called as Agnihastra. The total process for preparing the product is 21 days. The main content of this product are desi cow by-products, garlic, ginger, pepper, neem leaves and barks, green chili and jaggery. This product will not kill the pest or the insect; it will only drive out the pest and the insects. Normal diseases in the plants and the crops will be cured by this. Further it also acts as a fertilizer to the soil.
The recommended dosage of this is 2% percent mixed in the water and to be sprayed on the plants / crops / trees. This product has to be applied only in case of necessity and it has to be applied once in four days till the pests are driven out. Normally in two applications this happens. This has to be applied either in the early morning hours or in late evening hours, at the time of sun rise or sun sets, and not to be applied in hot sun. In summer the dosage can be reduced to 1.5% ratio with water.
The name of the Organic manure is Ghanajeevamrutha. This is produced from Cow Dung, Cow Urine, Jaggery and pulses. The number of days for preparing the same is two days. This is organic manure which enriches the soil and plant and provides all the nutrients required for the growth of the plant. This has to be applied in wet soil. It comes in powder form and it has to be scatted on the soil and approximately 20 to 25 kg is required for one acre of land.
Vermicompost'(“vermi-compost”, vermiculture) is the product of the [composting]process using various species of worms, usually red wigglers, white worms, and other earthworms, to create a mixture of decomposing vegetable or food waste, bedding materials, and vermicast.
Vermicompost contains water-soluble nutrients and is an excellent, nutrient-rich organic fertilizer and soil conditioner. It is used in farming and small scale sustainable, organic farming.
Native, natural oil seeds are heated to a very high heat (temperature more than 200C) and oil is then extracted through a solvent extraction process. Subsequenetly the oil is degummed, clarified and deodorized to obtain the so called “LITE” look and taste. This high heat destroys most of the essential fatty acids, natural vitamins including vitamin E and antioxidants.
Even the lecithin, a fat emulsifier present in oil is removed and sold separately to the food industry. The oil thus obtained, ripped off its antioxidants tends to become very unstable and prone to rancidity. Therefore, then it is further subjected to a process of hydrogenation to increase its shelf life. This process is seriously harmful to health.
In olden times, a long cylindrical contraption called a “ghani” was used. The oilseeds were placed inside and ground with a pestle until the oil came out. This is the simplest method for “cold-pressing” the oil out of a seed because it doesn’t involve the generation or addition of heat. The residue or the oil cake was used as fodder for cattle.
Cold-pressing eliminates all the harmful effects that arise from the conventional methods of oil extraction. The only problem with cold pressed oils is their short shelf-life. The shelf life of Oils is typically little over 1-2 months it may even last more without refrigeration, it may even last more, to be cautious, always buy cold pressed oil in small quantities, store it away from light, in air-tight containers, and consume it within a month of purchase.
If you are planning to use it within 3-4 weeks, do not refrigerate, as refrigeration will increase the moisture content in the Oil etc., which will reduce the aroma and taste.
Mostly the Cold pressed oil is made only after you placing the order unless it is in very small quantities, so it is manufactured in less than 5 days from the date you order.
No, at this point we sell only our own brand cold pressed Oil, which is made at farm in hygienic conditions and traditional method.
Cold pressed Oil is traditionally made unrefined oils without chemicals, preservatives and any other adulterant. Hence this is typically expensive than other branded refined Oils. You will also see significant quality with our cold pressed Oil compared to any other branded refined Oils.
The MISI’s Indian Country Chicken is not a Broiler. Its physical structure is proportionate and majestic unlike in case of Broiler. Its ample meat is evenly distributed over its chest, legs and other regions. The meat of the MISI’s Indian Country Chicken is far more firm and mature than that of a Broiler and many discerning consumers opine that it has a “gamey “flavor. Taste, flavor and texture are primarily consequences of natural and organic ripening products. If the ripening of a product is unduly accelerated by any means, it is invariably at the cost of its natural aroma, taste, flavor and texture.
Broilers are normally marketed at an age of around 6 weeks whereas MISI’s Indian Country Chickens will take anything from 20-24 weeks.
MISI’s Indian Country Chickens are fed a balanced diet of natural/agricultural/plant based materials like Maize, Soya and Sunflower extracts, Rice derivatives, Greens, Vitamins, Minerals and the like. The feed does not contain antibiotics, growth promoters, chemicals and other artificial boosters like broilers.
MISI’s Indian Country Chickens are raised by MISI farms in their in-house facilities under caring supervision to ensure their well-being through provision of ample floor space, feeding and drinking arrangements and comfortable floor litter. They also have to access fresh air and sunshine and importantly, the opportunity for social interaction between the birds.
MISI’s Indian Country Chickens are not produced on the Industrial scale but raised in limited numbers in line with the demand of the discerning consumers.
MISI’s Indian Country Chicken are right now available at select stores in Varthur around. They can also be personally delivered at the residences of our discerning consumers.
Goats and sheep are different species. Sheep usually have wool, while goats have hair, but there are sheep with hair instead of wool as well. Our sheep’s and goats are local (desi/nati), semi free-range/pasture-raised and not administered hormones.
