Cancellation policy

MISI FARMS customer can always cancel an order placed at any time before the cutoff time specified for the selected slot by calling the customer service. Refund will be done for the payments made already for the order. MISI FARMS at its sole discretion will cancel any orders if we suspect any fraudulent transaction by customers or any transaction that flout the terms & conditions of using the website. Online refund typically takes around 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
